Energy Balls are a great on the go snack! It’s filled with protein to give you the energy burst you need to conquer the day and feel nourished along the way.

Why Make Energy Balls?

Protein balls are full of protein! When you have a busy day, it is an easy grab and go snack that will help you get through the day. If you are out hiking, camping, fishing.. it’s one of those snacks you will want to grab for an extra boost of energy to keep you going.

All of the protein, none of the risky additives from store bought snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Chai Seeds
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • Optional: Handful of chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, raisins, etc.

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together
  2. Once they are fully incorporated, store the dough in the fridge for an hour. This allows the ingradients to harden, making it easier to roll into balls.
  3. Take out of the fridge and roll them into balls (Size does not matter)

Storage

You can store these energy balls at room temperature, in the refrigerator, or in the freezer for future use.
